Project Overview

CES successfully completed the civil works package for LAHC Claymore Stage 3C, delivering a broad range of civil and structural works across multiple building zones. The project involved bulk and detailed excavation, piling and footing works, basement construction, stormwater drainage, hydraulic services and public domain infrastructure. The works were delivered through careful sequencing and coordination across multiple work fronts to support the overall construction program.

Scope of Work

• Survey, site establishment and construction set-out
• Bulk excavation across Buildings A, B and C. Detailed excavation for footings, pits, piles and stormwater infrastructure
• Construction of structural footings and associated pile works, basement slab construction for Buildings A and B, Dincel wall construction, concrete column works.
• Stormwater drainage installation, hydraulic conduit trenching and associated service installations.
• Public domain works including — Kerb and gutter construction, footpath construction, associated civil infrastructure and reinstatement works
• Coordination of excavation, structural, drainage and service works across multiple construction zones
