Project Overview

Civil Environmental Services (CES) completed excavation and structural FRP works at 52 Malvern Street, Panania. The project included full site establishment, initial clean-up, bulk and detailed excavation, and construction of basement structures and ground floor elements. Works encompassed basement footings, Dincel wall installation, a basement slab incorporating a pump-out tank roof, and the FRP ground floor. CES ensured compliance with Australian Standards throughout, handing over a safe, fully prepared structure ready for subsequent building stages.

Scope of Work

  • Site establishment and preliminaries.
  • Initial site clean-up including removal of topsoil.
  • Excavation to design levels and disposal of materials (ENM only).
  • Detailed excavation for EB1, IB1, EB2, stair footings, and basement pump-out pits.
  • FRP package including:
    • Basement footings.
    • Dincel walls (supply, form, pour) including partition walls.
    • Basement slab with water pump-out tank roof.
    • Ground floor FRP works.
