Project Overview
Civil Environmental Services (CES) successfully delivered the Moorenbank Warehouse Development as a complete end-to-end package. Our scope spanned from early earthworks and excavation through to structural works, building services, and final interior fit-out. Works included site establishment, bulk and detailed excavation, installation of a robust screw pile and shoring system, and construction of the basement carpark. CES also delivered all footpath works, from subgrade preparation to concrete pouring, and provided essential building services including stormwater drainage and electrical installation. This project showcases our capability to manage and execute complex developments with precision, safety, and compliance at every stage.
Scope of Work
- Site establishment and preliminaries.
- Site clearance, including removal of asphalt and trimming to basement footprint.
- Bulk excavation to design levels, including ramp construction (VENM + mixed fill).
- Detailed excavation for lift pit, basement footings (SF1–SF5), and pile foundations (PF1–PF4).
- Installation of screw piles (188 No.) and shoring system.
- Backwall shotcrete and shoring wall construction, including contiguous piles, capping beam slab, and Dencill wall to underside of slab.
- Footpath construction, from subgrade preparation through to concrete pouring and finishing.
- Basement carpark construction, including slab works and access ramps.
- Building services installation, including stormwater drainage systems and electrical works.
- Interior fit-outworks, integrating civil and structural requirements.
